How to join to La Spiaza
From Panama City: take the bus for David (10-15 dollars per person one way) in Allbrook Bus Station and stop at San Felix’s Cruice (crossroad), than take a taxi to the beach (6-7 dollars).
From David: take the minibus for San Felix or Las Lajas in the David Bus Station and stop at the Cruice (2,5 dollars each). Than take the taxi to the beach (6-7 dollars).
From San José in Costa Rica: you can take a direct bus from Terminal Coca Cola to David (crossing the Pacific border). Another option is to take a bus to Cahuita o Puerto Viejo from Terminal Caribe, than crossing the Atlantic border in Changuinola (the harbour town where the water taxis leave for Bocas del Toro Achipelagus), where stops the bus to David. Than from David take the minibus to San Felix or Las Lajas, stop at the Cruice (2,5 dollars each). Than take the taxi to the beach (6-7 dollars).
